Family Plan Adress not Confirming, even though address matches.

Family Plan Adress not Confirming, even though address matches.

I am trying to add my Family Members to my Family Plan and they are confirming the same address as our account, but it says they are in a different country, which is not true.  Can you please fix this!!

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out here!

Could you double-check if the users you're trying to invite have their accounts issued for the same country of the address? In this case, the USA?

Where would that information be found?  They are tying in the address verbatim, putting USA at the end of the address.

You can check it on the account overview page under the section Profile. So, as I've requested before, please ask your familiars to double-check if the country issued to their account matches with the address.
