I am the member of the family plan. My wife bought a new cell phone. I reinstall Spotify to her new phone then I send her premium familiy link again. Yesterday she get a message from Spotify for confirm her adress. I dont know why but spotify not accept postal code (of course we live together). When I check my count there is no information about postal code. I need help please!!!

the same happen to my. its so annoying we need a solution as soon as posible
