My Question or Issue

The original owner of the family plan seems to have deleted their account. How do I make sure everyone that was in the plan cancels and we aren't billed. The hope is to open a new family plan on a different account but don't want to get double billed.

Hi @HKwon1, welcome to the community!

 

If you already had Premium before joining that plan, any Premium time remaining from previous payments will resume when you leave the family plan.

 

Also, keep in mind that you can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.

 

To make sure everyone that was in the plan cancels and we aren't billed, just send them the link bellow. They should see their account status and all necessary info (of course they must be logged in their own accounts).
