Hi there,

 

I have subscribed to the Family Plan and send invite links to my family member and we registered with the same address information but why after a month their subscriptions cancelled ?

 

They received an email to validate their information and address but still cancelled.

 

I need to send the invite links again but after a month same thing happen again.

 

Im frustrated with this problem.
