My Question or Issue

My 12-month Family Plan just ended, after the SAME account re-bought the SAME plan, the SAME people that joined before can't join, and it says they have to join someone else's plan every 12-MONTHS

The specific error message the people you invited are seeing doesn't appear by mistake, so the only plausible reason is that you've indeed used a different account to subscribe to Premium Family. 🙂

 

If you believe that it's the same account as before, feel free to reach out to Support at https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/, as they'll be able to take a look at your account and check if that's actually the case.
