Family Plan is not working

Family Plan is not working

Hi,
I am trying desperately to get all my family members onto if the family plan, we are living in the same house, even same laptop - work station etc.. procedure as follows:
1. invite my wife-
2. received email link - green button - followed through
3. redeem button - enter the code
4. I am not a robot....
5. submit
6. red banner: sorry, we cat proceeds bla bla bla so frustrated....

 

why are you / Spotify is making it so complicated - charge more and ease the process. or don't offer it at all... please help

Hey @joerghontheim, and welcome to the community.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Please make sure that all the members that are joining your Premium for Family plan reside at the same address as you. If they don’t, they won’t be able to be added to your plan.

 

Next, could you try sending them another invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

Hi,

I've experienced the same problem. My husband and daughter get the e-mails, but on clicking the system informs that they are not living at the same address. 

I have already cancelled the Family Subscription, and then signed in again. But it did not work. 

Please advise.

i have exactly the same problem and i don't understand wha'ts wrong because all my family lives in the same house...i don't know what should i do
