Family Plan memebers deleted

Family Plan memebers deleted

My family plan lapsed when I changed debit cards. It may have been a week before I updated the new billing info. When I did reinstate it everyone on the plan was deleted. Now we are having massive issues getting everyone back online correctly. When one of the members signs in it says "Welcome to the Family Plan of 'another family member'" (not my the account holder and said memeber isn't even registered back up again. I'm SO confused! Can anyone help?
