Family Plan problem

Family Plan problem

My wife received an email on Oct 19 saying she had lost access to our Family Plan because Spotify could not confirm her address. It also says she can’t rejoin the plan. How do I confirm her address and rectify the situation? I have had a family plan for years specifically so this person with whom I share a home and address can be on it.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

She most likely receiced an email 7 days before she lost access to the plan, which asked her to confirm her address.

 

I recommend having her reach out to Support so that they can check if something can be done about this situation: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂
