My Question or Issue

My brother account got hack and all of our family was removed. he manage to retrieve it back however non of us able to join back as it is within 12 months period. can I check how do we join back to the same family plan?

You can join someone else’s Premium plan only once every 12 months.

Thanks for letting me know.


You can always rejoin the last Premium Family/Duo plan you were last in. Since you're now seeing this error message, it means that the plan you're trying to join now was started by a different account.

 

It also means that you were part of at least two different plans within the last 12 months.

Situation: My brother's account got hack and manage to retrieve back. I was in his family plan initially and got kick out because the account was hack. He send me an invite link to join back. However the link show the massage as above. His account and plan still remind the same. 

 

Question: is there any other way to verify my previous plan and my brother current plan? So I know is his plan is different? 

Is there any other way for me to join back? If not I need to wait months for it with empty vacant in the family plan.

Thanks for getting back.

 

Your brother can try comparing the usernames of his accounts as well as the available receipts within the accounts.

 

If he needs help locating his other account(s), he can check out this FAQ article.

 

Once he manages to find the account that was previously used for the Premium Family plan you were last part of, he can start a Premium Family plan from that account and cancel it on the new one. You should then be able to accept the invite 🙂
