My Question or Issue

Hi, I was asked to update my credit card information on the Android app after my son told me his account is no longer working. We were on a Spotify family plan. It then switched me to a single premium account and I can't switch back to family. Error is "Unable to change plans. This could be because you're not eligible for this plan, you're already on it, or you don't have a stored payment method." I have a credit card on file. What's the issue?

 

Can someone please assist?

i have the same problem but nothing works so far

What happens when you attempt to switch back to family plan via the browser on a PC? I also had to re-add all of my family after switching back.
