Family Plan

I tried to join my family plan. I got the invitation and tried to confirm my information, but it kept saying i am unable to join my family plan. So, I got new invitation and still get the same repsonse. How can I solve this?

This is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening behind the scenes.
