Family Premium Address no longer appearing.

Basically, we used Amalsad Railway Station as the address for our family plan, as it was the closest major location. I want to add my brother, but it does not show up when prompted to enter an address. I used the exact address and even the one listed on the premium managers address setting, and still that doesn't work.

How can I add my brother? The images attached shows me entering the addresses, but those do not work. Again, these aren't my houses address, so don't worry about me sharing them.

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend double-checking the address registered for the entire Premium Family plan as well as the countries the Spotify accounts are registered in/based in because they need to match as well.

If the exact address is still not showing up for your brother, then you can try sending it to him exactly as you've entered it for the entire plan (and write it manually) or you can update the address on the plan and send out a new invite.
