Family Premium I cannot listen to my own music


Hi. Need help as this drives me crazy: We have a family account, each member is registerd with his own email address & mobile number and still, when I play my music and my son picks some other music, my selection is stopped and I am forced to listen to his selection. Same happens to my husband...


I already re-did all family invitations, deinstalled spotify from my apple devise and re-installed it twice - nothing changed...

Anyone in the community what I am missing?

Don't worry, let's get this clear 🙂


When we subscribe to Premium, Spotify sends us an e-mail with the purchase receipt. It contains the information about it, including usermane.


Please double check if each member is logging in with their correct credentials.


It's not about reinstalling the app, it's about signing in correctly.
