Family Premium Plan Manager Profile

Family Premium Plan Manager Profile

I am the plan manager but when I log in with my current email it shows me as plan member and has me also listed under a different user name as plan manager, but I cannot recall using a different email to set up....how do I find the email address of the plan manger of the family premium that I am an active member of?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for posting your question here!

 

To answer it, you can click here and type in every email address (other than the one currently associated with your Family member account) which you might have used to create the Family manager account.

 

If you find an email by Spotify with a link to reset your account password in the inbox (or any of the sub-folders) of one of these email addresses, then that'll be the email address associated with your manager account. 

 

At this point, you'll be able to update your password through the link sent by Spotify and then log into your account with the email address and the new password.
