Family Premium - Please help

Family Premium - Please help

My mum has created a Spotify Family Premium for her me and my brothers. My mum and I are both connected to it and it's great - yay. But I'm trying to add one of my brothers to it now and we've followed the email and it has said that his account is connected to the premium, but his app won't connect to it at all. It's the same account and it works on his laptop but his phone won't connect. We've tried turning off and on again, logging out and back in again (multiple times) and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Any help?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Let's try following this troubleshooting to make sure your brother doesn't have other accounts he could be logging in with.

 

Also, let's make sure his account is already part of the Premium for Family plan. To do so, your mother has to log in here. If the invite still shows as pending, he'll need to accept it to join the plan.
