Family Premium Problem

Family Premium Problem

Hello,

 

My sister and I were using Spotify Premium Family membership and we were using Premium together nearly for 2 years. She said that, yesterday her account was droppred to non-premium user. When I checked my account I was still Premium member so I logged in to my account and I see that someone that I don't know was added to my family membership plan (In the attachment, named as "Brayan Freid") . So I removed this person, and send invitation to my sister again. When she got the invitation, she said that the mail says "Congratulations. You are about to join "Manav Freid" family plan."

 

I don't know where this Freid comes from. I also don't know what address I entered to Spotify, since I created my account by login from Facebook. So can you please help me about this situation? How can I add my sister to my family plan? I don't want to create another account since I have dozens of playlists and downloaded songs in my current account.

We've deleted the pictures you send since they might have personal information. Also, if you sent the invitation and the name is a different one, we've already reported this and they are investigating that right now.

 

No worries, she'll be able to accept it and be part of for Premium for Family plan.
