Hi there,

 

So my brother just send the link to me a couple of weeks ago for the family premium account, and i have no problem register my account. Until the following week, sportify send me an email said that they can't verify my account and just switch me back to spotify for free. and my brother just send me another link to register but with fail. Does anyone encounter this problem?. How do i solve this?.

Do you live at the same address as him?

Yes. We live under the same roof.

So you have two options you can do this link  which justs make a new account, but then you have to transfer all playlists which might suck so you can also contact Spotify with this contact form and just clikc on subscription and then family plans and they will solve the problem from with in. They reply pretty fast so that might be the best option. Hope this helps. Likes are appreciated.

What if i ask my brother to remove me from the account and i re-register myself again?

It doesn't hurt to try, go for it.
