Family Premium Super Frustrating

This is the least intuitive upgrade I've ever done. I upgraded our account 5 days ago for myself, wife and daughter. Did everything, uninstalled apps from phones, set up new accounts for them, still cant listen to music separately. It's a really bad process and there is zero support from Spotify...you just keep getting sent back to the family page. Super annoying. Almost as annoying as trying to get Spotify support which is kind of like screaming into a massive dark cave full of nothingness.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. 

 

Can you all log out from your accounts and then log back in on different devices on your individual accounts to see if the issue persist?

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you provide us a screen recording of how it looks like so that we can have a closer look directly from your end?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
