My Question or Issue

 Hi. I'm currently having an issue with one of my family members trying to join my plan. She had mistankenly typed in the wrong address when the confirmation email was given to her, so I had removed her name and re-sent her the email again but it isn't letting her on. If there's something I need to do on my end, please let me know. Thanks

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I'd recommend cancelling the invite and sending a new one out:

  1. Go to your Premium for Family account page and select the member you want to re-invite.
  2. Click CANCEL INVITE and re-invite the member by clicking SEND INVITE, and re-enter their details.

When the member has received the invite that you just sent, please tell them to do the following:

  1. Open an incognito or private window and access the email invite there. 
  2. Open the invite/link and click on ACCEPT INVITATION. They'll then be redirected to their account page, where they'll see a confirmation screen.
  3. They then need to enter some details and click SUBMIT to join the Premium for Family plan.
