My Question or Issue

 Ok so, my friend and I recently changed addresses because we moved from one shared apartment with some other friends, to a new one with some others. We wanted to make a new Spotify Premium deal with our new roommates, and it worked for a month, but now me and my friend got kicked off?? I think it might be something to do with the fact that me and my friend had it before with our old roommates, but how the heck do I get me and my friend back on with this deal??

Did you check if you where completely removed from the old family plan? see if you can add yourself back onto the new plan by talking with the person who orchestrated the family plan. see if there is an add member thing somewhere in one of your roomates accounts.The best thing to do right now would be to email Spotify directly and tell them what happened.
