My Question or Issue

I set up and pay for the account but am listed as a member and not a manager (no one else is listed as a manager). This means that I can't add family members. How can I get it changed so I am the manager? Thanks

Can you please post a screenshot of how it looks on your end? Just make sure that no private info, such as your email address or username, are visible. 🙂
