Hi, I have a problem with Family spotify. We joined one month ago and this month I got an email that I was switched to free spotify, because thay couldnt verify our address. The problem could be in the matter of fact that 3 members of our Family went to the Erasmus for this semester. Is there any way how can I join back?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

Keep in mind that all members in a Premium for Family plan must reside in the same physical address. If, as you mention, you or your family members have currently moved abroad, that'd explain what happened here.

 

However, you should be able to join your family's plan as soon as you or your family members return home. Just make sure to ask the plan's owner to send you an invite by following the steps here. You can also check out this support site article here.
