[Family] Spotify keeps removing people from family even though they are at the same address

[Family] Spotify keeps removing people from family even though they are at the same address

Members in the family get removed everytime after getting a failed to verify address email, even though they live at the same address. I don't see the address in my account info only country and zip code. How do I verify/change my address?

I have exactly the same problem! how come Spotify does not even have a support email!!

 

I encountered similar problem as well. My family members' premium account was downgraded to FREE ACCOUNT once the bill is renewed. I don't even know what's going on. Resent invitation but then stated not the same address.. -.-

I have the same problem. Could any of the members help? Otherwise I'm thinking of changing to Apple Music.
