Family Subscription problem

Family Subscription problem

My family and I share a Premium subscription on a family plan and none of us have Premium EVEN IF the payment came through on september 8th.

Hey @tybrsso, welcome to the Community!

 

Can you ask the owner of the plan to send you all a new invite? If so, we suggest you accept it from an incognito window on a desktop PC. Keep in mind that all members need to have an active account and live in the same address.

 

If this doesn't help, feel free to contact us via email here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter. This way, we'll be able to take a closer look at the accounts.

thank you so much for the reply! we have tried what you have told us but not luck. though we have managed to contact spotify through twitter, we are waiting for their amswer. thanks again!
