Family Subscriptions

Im currently subscribed to a family subscription however 1 account was deleted. when i check my account i only have 1 main account and 4 sub accounts total 5 instead of 6.

Hey @serah1225

 

If you're the Family Admin, send the invite again. Let him accept the invite logged in with his own username in the app and in the website. He should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of him being left out.
