My Question or Issue

I deleted by mistake my daughter from my family account and now I can't add her back into our family. Can this be resolved?

What happens when you try to invite her back to the plan? Can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can take a look? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Yes that's correct - you can only switch plans once in a 12 month period. However, if she was removed from your plan she should be able to join back to the one she just left.

 

Does the error message talk about the 12 month limit? If you're still able to send a screenshot, that'd be great!
