Family account and adress confirmation

Hello all ! 

 

I have a small issue, Spotify tell me they will erase everybody on my familly account because they can't know if we live on same adress.

 

But how can I give them the right confirmation ?

Hi!

 

When you’re using a family account, you have to save your country and zip code.

Your family members have to insert the same zip code when thy accept the family subscription. When you haven’t done this you can do this in your Edit Profile tab on Spotify.com.

First of all, thank you for your answer.

 

I added zip code to my account it was missing. But people of my family already fill adress. So is it ok from now ?

When the members of your family filled in the same zip code as you did, everything should work fine.
