Family account mix up

I’m listening to my part of the account on my phone or in the car and then it cuts out or starts playing my daughter’s songs on Google Home or on her phone

Thanks for reaching out!

With Google Home everyone needs to have their own Google account linked to their own Spotify account, which is subsequently linked to a specific Google Home device through the Google Home app.  More info about this can be found here.

By the looks of what you've shared with us - I have a feeling that your daughter might be logged into your account on her phone/ Google Home. As different account streams cannot mix, this seems to be the most logical reason behind what is happening and it's the first thing I'd check 🙂
