Family account, verify address doesn't work

Family account, verify address doesn't work

When typing in the address exactly as the main account, it isn't found. How can the new user link to the family account?

Hey there! I am happy to help.

 

I am sorry to hear that you're facing issues with address verification. If your address doesn't autocomplete, enter the entire address, then select Find. If you still can’t find it, select your building, street name, or a close public space or building. Just don't use someone else's address.

 

You can also accept the invite using a different browser or private window and follow the same steps to see if that makes a difference. For more information on address and verification for the Premium Family plan, check out this page.

This doesn't help i'm afraid.  I can even re-do our family account and pick our address again, and it doesn't find it which is pretty useless tbh.

My dad has a free Spotify account. He now lives with me and I want to add him to our family plan. I sent him and invite, he accepted the invite and then it automatically said the address can't be verified (even though none was asked for).
