My Question or Issue

 I have followed the instructions to add family members to family account but their Spotify account won't update, aka they accepted the invite, logged out and back into their spotify account but no upgrade??

Hey @deviseNZ, help's here. 

 

Can you see them as members in your list on your  account page? If not, they may have been logged in on another account on their device before accepting the invitation. We suggest that they try accepting again, but this time, make sure that they log out from their account page before accepting. This will force them to enter their details when accepting and hopefully it will go better. 

 

If not, let us know what exactly happens, and the steps they take, and we'll have a closer look. Any screenshots would be helpful here.
