Warum wurden mein Sohn und Mann aus meinen Family Account geworfen. Angeblich haben wir nicht die gleiche Adresse

We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Right now, all members of the Premuim for Family plan must live in the same physical address to join.

 

If the accounts were removed from the plan, and you do share the same physical address, we suggest contacting our Support team via Facebook or Twitter.

 

They'll help you out with this as soon as possible.
