Family invitation not being received

Family invitation not being received

Hi, 

 

I am trying to invite my wife to my family plan but she doesnt receive any email. 

 

She has a premium account that she cancelled (after my invite, if this matters) and the subscription on her account has now ended properly but she still can’t receive any invites. Even tried another email-address without success..

 

any Ideas on what to do?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We'll be happy to help 🙂

 

First, could you ask your wife to check her Spam/Junk folder, just in case your invite has ended up there by accident? 

 

If she's sure that's not the case, then could you go to your account page (here), go to Account overview > Manage plan (located under the Premium for Family heading), cancel the invite and resend it?

 

If that doesn't work, then we suggest you get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to send the invite to your wife manually on their end.
