My Question or Issue

I have had Spotify family for a month now, it's been fine. However, today I paid for my second month and my entire family were thrown out of the account. We all live under the same roof so I can't see the reason for it other than it happening the same day I paid my subscription. 

 

I sent out invites again and my daughter is listening to her Arctic Monkeys upstairs. I'm bothered by this though, am I supposed to resend invites every month? It'd be awkward if they can't get an invite from me because I'm at work?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

In some cases, members of a Premium Family plan are asked via emaik to verify their address to continue staying on the plan. If they don't verify it within a certain amount of time, they'll get removed from it.

 

You could ask the family members if any of them received such email.

 

If they didn't, then there must be a different reason it happened. 🙂 Are you paying for your subscription using a recurring payment method (e.g. credit card)? Or is your subscription through a partner?
