Family member cant log into their account as their email no longer exists

Hi

I am on a family plan and a family member has logged out of their account and can not log back in as they don't have that email address anymore, How can they log into their account and save their Spotify information,

Australia

Iphone 14 pro max

It's best they reach out directly to our customer support team from one of the channels here. After they're able to verify them as the rightful account owner, they'll be able to help update their email address.
