Family member going to an other country for 6 months

Can this family member who is going for 6 months to an other country receive spotify there (France) or do i have to cancel this family member from the main account (Austria)

No unfortunately not, he won't be able to be a part of your Premium for Family subscription for the next 6 months.

I thought each family member is like a premium member and it should be able for him to use spotify in other countries too ??????

If a premium member changes his country for several months he can use spotify there without problems.

Right, but Spotify reguarly checks if the family members still reside at the same address as the plan owner and if they are unable to verify that, then the member will receive an email instructing him to verify that he/she still resides there. If the verification fails (it most likely will because they are not at the same address), the member will be removed from the Premium for Family plan.
