My Question or Issue

Hi I need help with adding my brother's account back in our family premium. Initially we were able to get add him on the plan however when our subscription renewed he was removed. We tried to add him back and we are sure that we are keying in the same address but his account still can't get back in the family premium. Can you help us with this? Thanks.

 

P.S.

The email addresses involved are:

*snip* (family premium subscriber) 

*snip* (brother's account that we wish to add back)

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan.

 

If this happens, you may restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. Check out our other trials and offers.
