Family member isn't receiving email invitation

Family member isn't receiving email invitation

I signed up for the family plan almost 2 weeks ago and my brother hasn't received any of the invititaions I sent him. I've constantly cancelled and resent it on all different browsers and he's still not getting it. He tried to redeem the code manually and it tells him he needs to accept the email invitation. What am I supposed to do! I don't have a facebook to connect to him with and I can't get in direct concact with spotify. Do I just cancel my subscription? What else can I do?
