Family member's accounts reduced to free account

Family member's accounts reduced to free account

 

Hi,

I have bought the spotify premium membership last month. Some of the members of this family account is reduced to the free acount. When they have tried to update their address information, they got error 

Could you please help us about this issue ?

Hello @mehmetalierdin!

 

Sounds like they might not have verified their accounts in time which means they've been kicked out from the plan. No worries though, you can easily solve this by getting in touch with Spotify. They'll be able to solve this as soon as possible, you can reach out to them here.
