Family member's free account not changing over to premium - family premium

Family member's free account not changing over to premium - family premium

I have recently got Premium for Family and invited my family members accordingly. For 3/4 members it has worked however one family member has accepted the invitation and entered their details and their account is still showing up as Free, how do I fix this? 

I have tried

 - Logging out and logging in of their account on all devices 

 - Resending the Invitation 

 - Uninstalling and Reinstalling the App 

Nothing so far has worked, help please

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

If your family member's account shows as part of your plan when you log in here, let's try following these steps to make sure they're logging into the correct account and there aren't other accounts that could be causing this issue.

 

If their invite still shows as pending, let us know if they're getting an error message when accepting it. We also suggest cancelling the current invite and sending a new one using a different browser or incognito window.
