Family member still being charged after joining plan

Hi,

We're a family of 4. I started a Premium Family Plan trial in June. Two family members had existing accounts but joined the Family Plan. One of them continues to be charged for their individual account. Any way to fix this and get a refund for the 3 months of charges?

Hey @MickDuggan, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

First, make sure that they added the right account to your Family plan, following the steps in this support article.

 

If that doesn’t help, then I'd recommend having the person who is being charged on their plan get in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do their best to help.
