Family members disconnected from Premium Family Account

Family members disconnected from Premium Family Account

I have a Premium for Family account with 4 members (me, spouse, 2x teenage kids).  All live in the same house.   We were recently traveling on vacation and my two kids were disconnected from the Premium account. 

 

I have now reinvited both disconnected members back to the account.  

 

Why did this happen?

Hey @Ramjake, thanks for writing!

 

Spotify may send you and your family members a confirmation email in order to verify that they still live in the same physical address as you. It's possible that this email was sent to your two kids but they didn't reply to it (it sometimes is redirected automatically to a Spam or Junk folder).

 

Don't worry, though. Since you mention that both of them were succesfully added back to your plan, there's nothing to be concerned about. However, our best suggestion would be to keep an eye out for any verification emails that Spotify might send your way in the future.
