I use the Family plan. Yesterday I was notified that the payment was unsuccessful. It appeared that the card has expired. I have updated the card details and paid for the plan. For some reason, it took money for a single premium and not family. All the members are gone now, even though I have changed the plan back to the family.
Is there a way to retrieve the family members without sending invites etc.?
That seems like it was an awkward process! Have you tried going to account page and going through the 'Manage' tab? As far as I know, I think it may be necessary to re-invite your family members to your Spotify family plan.
