Family members lost premium

Family members lost premium

hello I pay for family premium and 3 of my family members have lost access. I sent them an invite to re-join but when they try it it tells them

they are unable to join. 

please can let me know how I can fix this

thanks for your reply. I believe it’s because they didn’t confirm the address within the 7 days window as they didn’t see the email.

Yeah, that's exactly why they were removed from the plan. You can try reaching out to Support to see if there's anything that can be done about it: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/ 🙂

what are the reason to get an email saying "you've lost access to premium " on spotify premium family plan.

 

Incase you log out from your Spotify app and it’s been three weeks would it automatically remove access from premium family plan
