Family name error

Hello, 

I'm having some issues with the family invites. I invited other members but 2 of them, when they had to input their name, surname and address, they inserted my name and not theirs. Now in my family members menu, I have 2 members with my name.

Can it cause any problems? I tried to remove their account and invited them again but it shows always my name anyway.

Hey @Juliuz1, welcome to the community!

Don't worry, the name used to join the Family plan won't be a problem. As long as your family members are living in the same physical address, they'll continue to be part of the plan.

I have exactly the same problem as @Juliuz1.

Really isn't possible to change the name used to join the Family plan? Even if the wrong name won't be a problem, it's very annoying to have an "incorrect member" in my family 😞

Hey @efanmar!

I understand how you feel. However, there isn't a way to update the name right now. Fingers crossed there'll be a way to do so in the future.
