Family not receiving invite email

Family not receiving invite email

My family is not getting the invite email. They've checked their junk folders and we've double checked the email. Anyone else having this issue?

Hey @lezzerd, welcome to the community!

 

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to send the invitations to your family members.

 

If they don't receive it after following these steps, we suggest trying an alternate email address if they have one to send the invite. As long as they're logged into the correct Spotify account before redeeming the invite, they'll be able to join.
