My Question or Issue

 

We have a Family Premium plan with multiple users. My credit card expired and I got an email saying to update billing details. Once using the link, it was like I was signing up fora new Premium account (99 SEK). I then had to manually go in and upgrade to a Family-plan.

 

Now all the other users in the original Family-plan are gone - there are no other users in my family according to my account page. How can this be? Do I need to enter everything manually again??

 

Not really a Premim service if you ask me if that is the case, credit cards do expire..

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your subscription. In this case, you'll need to re-invite the members of your plan so they can be part of the plan again.
