Family plan change

Family plan change

I have been a member in a family plan for 3 months and then have been removed and now on free plan. Will I be able to create another family plan (as a plan manager myself) or will still be limited to the 12 months family plan change rule same as joining another as a member?

Thanks for reaching out.


While you can only switch Duo/Family plans once every 12 months, this doesn't affect your ability to create a plan. The policy only applies to joining a plan as a member. 🙂
