Hi..

May I change to family plan if the payment of my premium account hasn't expired yet?

Also, am I suitable for the family plan if I am moving to other country which is different to the other members?

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Right now, all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address as mentioned in our T&Cs. In this case, since you're moving to a different country, you won't be able to join the plan.

 

About the change from your regular Premium to the Family plan, you can make the change anytime. Since you're going from a smaller plan to a bigger one, the remaining days of Premium you paid for are pro-rated to the Family plan. This means that your next billing date would be a few days earlier.
