Family plan doesn't let me use spotify if another family member is using it

Family plan doesn't let me use spotify if another family member is using it

Hello! I need help. I have a family membership but I'm having trouble using it. If my husband or son is using spotify in their phone, tablet or computer, I can't use it. It keeps stoping and asking me if I am my husband or son and asking me if i'm in my husband's phone or son's tablet. And then the music they are listening starts playing in my device. I put "no" and choose "my name" and try to keep listening to my music for 10 second before the same happens again.

Please help me

Hey @paolagoni,

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.

You can learn how to invite family members to your Premium for Family plan here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/premium-for-family/
