My Question or Issue

It seems there is no way to retrieve passwords for kids on my family plan?

When I use te option of "adding" my kid again, the menuen goes in circles, the support site sais to send an E-mail, but they option is not available, I can either "send to a device nearby" or use a "QR code". Either of the options sends me to the Spotify homepage where it asks for a login. When I try (again) it just states that the account does not exist, or that the password & mail combination is wrong.

Please help me to either to use my full family features or describe how to get an existing user logged in with a new password.
